Today I woke up early and made blueberry muffins. They were delicious blueberry muffins! Then I studied the Book of Mormon for a while, specifically 4th Nephi and Mormon.
You know what, that book is amazing. I have come to love it more and more each day that I read it and I honestly can't wait to finish it just so I can start it again!
It's just nice to know that our Savior truly does love us and has given us everything we need to be saved and live with Him forever. I have come to know this through the Book of Mormon. If you haven't read it, I suggest you do! Because it is absolutely amazing.
Helaman 5:12
"And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon
the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build
your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea,
his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall
beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of
misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a
sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall."
Build your foundation on Jesus Christ, and you will not fall!
He is my best friend and I love Him. I know that He will come again. I know His atonement is real and infinite. True joy is possible because of Him.
I love this! The scripture and the video are both so touching and inspirational and your testimony is beautiful, too! (Just in case you don't realize, this is Matt's little sister, hopefully not being too creepy :) )
